Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated August 12, 2026
One policy per purchase type. What you see at checkout is what applies — this page is the full version. All refunds are issued to your original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days.
Live-session bookings
- A booking is not refundable once made, at any notice. This is the same rule as a cohort seat: the host plans the session around the people who booked it.
- You can still cancel any time — it releases your seat so the host can fill it — but the payment is not returned.
- If the host cancels, or never shows up, you get a full refund.
- Free sessions cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund. Cancel whenever you like.
Cohorts (multi-week enrolment)
- You can enrol right up until the cohort starts. Once it has started, enrolment closes.
- An enrolment is not refundable once made — you are booking a seat in a group that is sized around the people in it.
- Deleting your account ends the enrolment and is not a refund route either. We say so on the deletion screen before you confirm.
- None of this applies if the cohort isn’t delivered as described, or the host cancels — see If the host or Kriloop is at fault below.
Memberships (recurring)
- Cancel anytime from your account settings — you keep access to the end of the period you have already paid for, and are simply not billed again.
- Monthly charges already made are not refunded pro-rata.
- To stop a recurring charge, cancel before the next renewal date; cancelling is the way to manage the recurring payment.
The rule behind all three
You get your money back when the thing you paid for doesn’t happen. Once it has started — or is imminent — it doesn’t come back. The three sections above differ only in where “imminent” sits, because a session is an hour and a cohort is a batch someone planned around you.
If the host or Kriloop is at fault
If a session, cohort or Membership isn’t delivered as described, or Kriloop or a host cancels, you are entitled to a refund regardless of the windows above. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
How to request a refund
Most refunds are automatic. If something went wrong with a payment, write to support@kriloop.comwith the payment ID from your Razorpay receipt and we’ll sort it out. We acknowledge refund requests within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within a month, per our Grievance Redressal process.
