Kriloop no longer uses credits. Sessions, cohorts and Memberships are paid for directly at checkout, in rupees.
What changed
Credits were a prepaid balance used to book live sessions. Sessions are now paid for directly, like everything else on Kriloop, so there is nothing left to spend a balance on. Credits are no longer sold.
If you hold a balance
No balance was ever purchased on Kriloop, so this applies to nobody today. If that is somehow wrong in your case, write to support@kriloop.com and we will return it to your original payment method. We will not keep money for something you can no longer use.
